Choose your favourite spring design - it could be a flower, such as a daisy, or a bee, butterfly, leaf - any simple design will do. Arrange your cupcakes in your chosen formation, then layer the frosting all over the top of them, like joining the dots, ice them to create one whole shape. Then decorate and voila!
