2. Gift them a calendar themed after the artist

Or the band they are going to see - you could even circle the date of the concert within the calendar for the biggest hint! You could encourage your recipient to check inside or even sneakily pencil it in and let them discover the surprise for themselves!

3. A box of sugar cookie surprise

Gift your recipient a box of sugar cookies themed after their favourite music artist - but hide the ticket surprise underneath the cookies inside an envelope for them to find once they have finished the cookies! (PS to keep the original tickets safe, you could make copies or take a photo of the tickets, then enclose in an envelope and tuck underneath the sugar cookies - so your recipient will find it as they eat the cookies)

4. Create a sugar cookie anagram for them to solve

Bake them a box of letter sugar cookies and challenge them to arrange them to spell the correct message! To make this easier you could even make some Scrabble style shaped sugar cookies and ice different letters on each to spell the message - delicious and so much fun too!

5. Make a jigsaw containing a reveal

Take a snap of the concert tickets or a special message for your reveal, then put it in jigsaw form for your recipient to assemble and work out the surprise! You could even craft this from cardstock and DIY for your recipient.

6. Personalise them something to wear at the concert

A gift and surprise reveal at the same time! You could use sew on or iron on patches to customise a plain piece of clothing and make it fabulous for your recipient.

7. Photoshop a funny picture for your reveal

Put together a funky photoshopped picture of them with their favourite band/celebrity/music artist! You could even work in the date of the concert as the best kind of hint! Frame and wrap it for your recipient before gifting it to them.

8. Hide little clues or emblems around the room

Create a scavenger or treasure hunt style setup - the most fun ever!

9. Create a prank form for them to complete

Make it official looking, then ask them to fill it in... they will have the biggest and best surprise when they come across the question 'Are you ready to see [music artist] in December?' - move the question to the bottom of the first page or even pop it on the second page, so they don't realise until they have almost completed it!

10. A mug with a message at the bottom πŸ‘ˆπŸ»

This is such a cool and exciting way to surprise your recipient! Just fill with wrapped chocolates, candy or sweets. When you recipient finishes the edibles they will see the cute surprise reveal at the base of the mug! They will get to keep the mug afterwards for all the cute memories!

11. Put together a cute hamper or gift basket of concert essentials

The best hint to the surprise! Depending on your recipient and the artist they are going to see, you could fill it with outfit accessories, glow sticks, glitter face paint, cute stickers...

12. Bake them a surprise bento cake with a message

You could even get super creative and flip the design - write the message on your phone, then screenshot it and flip it back to front - then copy it on to your cake. You could then ask your recipient to pose with the cake - and then show them the photo for the reveal!! This is such an exciting and low cost concert reveal idea that is easy and quick to set up.

13. An amazing fun letterbox brownie announcement

When in doubt, write it on a brownie! This makes the best surprise for your recipient - you could bake it yourself or order one ready made. The letterbox size means this is perfect to send through the post, so they will get an amazing surprise at their doorstep.

Alternatively, you could bake them a cute bento cake, decorated with a funny quote about the location they're going to, or iced with a lyric from the music artist they're going to see - the best surprise ever!

14. Get your furry friend to announce the surprise

Why not attach a special custom tag to your pet's collar revealing the surprise - or dress up your pet to reveal the surprise. They will be sure to get plenty of fuss!

15. Bake them a cookie concert ticket

Gift them a ticket in cookie form to announce the surprise! This is so much fun and you can get super creative and ice all of the details on to make a cookie replica of a real ticket. This would make an amazing letter box size gift for your recipient that they will adore! You could even add a sprinkle of edible glitter and confetti to make it extra magical!

16. Make a scrapbook for them

A really beautiful and thoughtful way to give a concert as a gift, made to house all the memories and mementos from the event! You could make this super cheap by using a needle and thread for the binding and sewing together paper pages to make the book - then create a pretty cover using craft supplies and some cardstock. You could write on the front 'seeing [artist name] in concert' and the date of the event!

17. Put a surprise keyring on their keys

Car keys or house keys, secretly pop one of those vacation keyrings you can find, or souvenir keyrings, on their keys. It's one of the most fun ways to announce a holiday and the fact that this is so discreet builds anticipation for the best surprise ever!

18. Secretly hide little emblems around the house

For a concert, think of little objects or motifs that represent the music artist's album. Drop hints all over the place and see if your recipient notices!

19. Pack a mini suitcase or kit for them

For a concert you could make them a funny gift of a 'vocal repair kit' - to hint that they will be needing some RnR for their vocal cords very soon!

20. Plant the concert reveal inside a wrapped up 'gift'

Wrap the concert reveal - it could be tickets/a photo of the tickets inside an envelope or a postcard of the music artist or even a concert recovery kit - up in several layers of boxes and paper (even better if recyclable!) to make it look like you are giving them a huge gift.

They will be confused as they unravel layer after layer and the gift gets smaller and smaller - until they receive the epic surprise at the bottom. This is the perfect time to try this trick as you can guarantee your recepient will be getting more and more disappointed as they continue and see the present getting smaller and smaller - only to be given a huge surprise at the end! A rollercoaster of emotions and so much fun for the whole family!

21. Sneakily plant a clue on the family fridge

You could even subtly add an extra letter, picture or clue to the fridge every day until the fridge is full of pictures or clues/spells out the reveal and someone twigs the surprise!

22. Pop a sticker on them while they are asleep

With the surprise reveal written on it. This is a hilarious way to prank your recipient in the best way and surprise them at the same time!

23. A surprise concert reveal poem!

Ideas for this could include an anagram or riddle to keep your loved one guessing. This would be a great way to give concert tickets as a birthday gift!

24. Prank them at the same time!

Leave a mess for them to clean up, but position your clue just sticking out where they will be able to find and see it. Use big letters to pique their curiosity - so they don't discard the clue as a piece of litter!

25. A 'spin the wheel' surprise announcement

26. The decorated plate surprise announcement idea

This is such a good trick! Get your hands on a plain white plate and some plate decorating pens or paint - even the kinds kids often use to decorate a plate for Grandma. You can create a really cute message or design - and then be sure to follow the instructions to let the paint or ink set - it is often recommended to pop in the oven for a certain time. Once it is completely dry, you can set about preparing the meal or batch of cupcakes and dish it out on to the newly decorated plate, covering the message.

Then wait til your recipients start eating to reveal the cute surprise! You get to keep the memory and relive it every time you use the plate for a meal! It's such a cute surprise idea and you can get really creative with the design and message you choose to give.

27. A heated mug surprise announcement

You can get personalised heated mugs that are amazing! Once your recipient goes to use it and pours in hot liquid, the surprise will be revealed. This is one of the cutest concert reveal gift ideas ever!

28. Play a game of Pictoword

Where they have to figure out the message from a bunch of symbols and images! This will increase the excitement and anticipation to figure out the surprise.

29. Announce it on a cushion πŸ‘ˆπŸ»

Innocently arrange it and see how long it takes for them to notice it - or opt for a sequin cushion and see if they can figure out the surprise!
